Records Manager Mobile
Advent One's mobile records management solution, based on DB2 Records Manager, streamlines the process of managing paper records in out-sourced and self-maintained record warehouses.
Thesaurus
Advent One's thesaurus offering allows designers to model their company's enterprise taxonomy – including preferred, non-preferred, broader, narrow and like-terms – from within DB2 Document Manager. Sections of the thesaurus / taxonomy can then be used to populate hierarchical pick lists within Document Manager's standard dialogues.
Advanced Workflow
Advent One's advanced workflow extends existing DB2 Document Manager functionality. It allows users to route documents to specific groups and users within a workflow, delegate work and define business rules to ensure that a document is ready to proceed between workflow steps.
